What is your lead time for orders?
Two months notice is ideal for custom orders.

Can I request a sample or tasting before placing a larger order?
We do not offer tasting sessions at this time.

Cake Pickup & Care

Where do I put the cake in my car?

Place the cake box on the floor of either the front or back passenger seat.

We do not recommend having a passenger hold the cake on their lap.

How should I prepare for pickup?

Turn on your car’s AC (no heat)

Make sure there is enough room for your order, ideally with an empty backseat

How should I drive with the cake in the car?

Drive slowly and carefully, avoiding sudden stops or sharp turns that may damage the cake.

Cake Storage & Freshness

How long will the cake stay fresh?

Cakes will stay fresh for up to 3 days when stored in the refrigerator.
Take the cake out of the refrigerator 2–4 hours before serving.

After serving, wrap any remaining cake in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.

Does my cake have to be refrigerated?

No, not if your party is on the same day as pickup.
To ensure the best taste and texture:

Keep the cake at room temperature (away from direct sunlight) for 2–4 hours before serving

The cake can be displayed indoors without refrigeration

What is buttercream?

Buttercream is a velvety blend of butter, powdered sugar, and heavy cream, creating a rich and creamy frosting that us used on all of our cakes

How big is the cake box?

The size of the cake box depends on the cake's diameter:

-6-inch cakes are placed in a 10-inch box.

-8-inch cakes are placed in a 12-inch box.

-Tier cakes are placed in a 12-inch box.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes! Any cake flavor can be made gluten free upon request

How do you handle food allergies?

We take food allergies seriously. Please let us know about any allergies when placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you offer delivery or pickup options?

We currently offer pickup in Islip, Long Island NY. Delivery available upon request.

What are your payment methods?

We accept Zelle payment.
